SPRING MAT CLUB FOR BEGINNER AND INTRAMURAL WRESTLERS 8 TO 14

Our Spring Mat Club for Beginner and Intramural wrestlers ages 8 to 14 will start on Tuesday, April 8th. Sessions will be every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM and Thursday from 6 to 6:45 PM at Northwest High School in the Wrestling room. Final session is Tuesday, May 20. Wrestlers will train in the Olympic Styles, Freestyle and Greco, along with Folkstyle.
