SESSION 1-FALL MAT CLUB FOR HIGH SCHOOL, EXPERIENCED MIDDLE SCHOOL AND ELITE ES

will start on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Sessions will be every Tuesday and Thursday at Northwest High School in the Wrestling Room. Wrestlers will train and condition through drills and live wrestling in the fundamentals of Folkstyle wrestling to prepare for the upcoming Winter season.
