SESSION 1-FALL MAT CLUB FOR BEGINNERS AND INEXPERIENCED WRESTLERS K TO 8

will start on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Sessions will be every Tuesday and Thursday at Northwest High School in the Wrestling Room. Wrestlers will train and learn through drills and live wrestling the fundamentals of Folkstyle wrestling.
